Consignment coins can be dropped in person or mailed.

Before any consignment is accepted, notification to Wilson Creek Auctions is REQUIRED. A date and time will be scheduled to receive consignments.  

• Shipping consignments:
  • Recommended double box items, and tape very well. Insure shipment, notify WCA when package has been sent.  
  • Once the package has been received, the consigner will be contacted with text or phone call. A list of the consignment items is recommended to be included with items.  
  • Items will be scheduled or listed depending on the type of items sent for consignment. High End and rare items will take precedence over duplicate and common date items; decided by WCA.

• Safety/ Security: The WCA location has 24/7 camera surveillance, and coins are placed in the vault once listed.
